What are your booking conditions?

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 45 days of your reservation dates will require full payment at the time of booking. All online reservations require payment by credit card at the time of booking
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $500. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

What if I have to check-in early or check-out late?

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. 

At times we may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out based on availability.

We will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:


Early Check-In:                      

     $FREE (3:00 pm instead)
     $50 add-on (2:00 pm instead)
     $75 add-on (1:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:

     $Free add-on (11:00 am instead)
     $50 add-on (12:00 pm instead)
     $75 add-on (1:00 pm instead)

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We offer free cancellation as long as the guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee.
All cancellations must be in writing.

What are your current cleaning procedures?

The safety of our guests and cleaners is a top priority, so we’ve created a set of mandatory COVID-19 safety practices

our professional cleaners are following. Based on guidance from experts such as the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Such as, ensuring all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. We also provide complimentary disinfecting wipes for our guests to use.

Does the cabin come equipped with a washer and dryer?

Absolutely our cabin has a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent

Can we bring our pet?

We love all types of Pets! Unfortunately, since some of our guests are allergic, we have decided not to accept pets for now.

What's the age requirement to book? 

Guest needs to be at least 25 years of age and acknowledges that they may be asked to provide proof of age at the time the reservation is made. If the guest is not twenty-five (25) years or older,  we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without a refund.

Are you child-friendly? 

We welcome children at our cabin, but unfortunately do not offer special equipment on-site. Please contact us for further questions.

Can I have guests visit me during our stay?

Unfortunately because of insurance reasons we don’t allow guests that are not in the original reservation visit.
